Every day matters

I don't know how you handle your everyday matters, but it is probably a lot like the rest of us; a series of homemade innovations, ranging from paper stuck on the refrigerator door, to shared calendars, to calendar invitations, to sitting down after you put the kids to sleep to organizing the rest of the week.

The timeline in Allies, centering in on your every day matters in chronological order.

Fun, huh?

Then there's the grunt of doing the same things over and over again. Who brings who to soccer practice, which one of you brings your youngest to the game on Sunday, are you on top of this week’s homework and who gets to go out for drinks on Thursday?

I am, however, pretty sure of how you handle your everyday work obligations. Your meetings, your daily commute, your video conferences the lunch dates, deliveries, you name it. See, there's an infrastructure in place for all those things, habits and products and services - but there's none of that for your family life.

That, my friends, is what we are tackling with Allies; setting up an infrastructure for family life, and we have a pretty clear idea of where we want to be in that setup. We just released an update for doing so, one that includes gathering all flies and papers from school and your sports activities in one place, but if I told you what's in the works, your collective minds would be blown away.
